Yes, cats are very welcome, including long-haired and shy ones. Nara has groomed ragdolls and nervous cats who are wary of strangers.
Anxious and reactive pets are a big part of what Nara does, one at a time with no group room. If your pet stops tolerating something, it stops, nothing is forced.
Matting is worked through with a careful de-matting and brush-out rather than rushed. Ask Nara what she thinks is kindest for the coat your pet has now.
